The 3070 Ti is about the same as a 4070 in performance and price, I think. The 2TB SSD might be overkill, 1TB might be enough for most people. Prices seem a bit high to me but I guess they are not too far off. If custom, are they any recommendations to change any of the components (motherboard/RAM/CPU coller especially)? They're not in a hurry and can wait a couple of months if there are any big releases on the horizon. The first question would be, is the pre-built good enough or should I push them to go the custom built route.
